Dogs are allowed to stay on our daily and weekly sites and must be approved by management. No aggressive breeds. Daily and weekly site rates are for 2 people. There will be an additional charge of $3 per person per day for more than two people. A maximum of 4 people may stay on a site. None of our sites include cable, phone or satellite. Those services can be customer ordered. No tent camping allowed on any site within the park. We have free Wifi. All RV's must be no older than 15 years and in good condition.

Cancellation Policy
​
If you cancel more than 14 days from your arrival date, we will refund 100% of the amount paid, minus a $10 cancellation fee.
If you cancel 8 to 13 days from your arrival date, we will refund 50% of the reservation total.
If you cancel 7 days or less from your arrival date, no refund will be given.

All monthly sites require a $75 electric deposit upon arrival. A registered tow vehicle is required for all monthly sites, if no tow vehicle there is a $150 deposit required in the event your R.V. needs to be moved. * All sales are final. There will be no prorated rent or partial or full refunds, unless required by law. All payments must be received, in full, before moving in. This includes your first month’s rent and electric deposit. *
